“Caprichosa” Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups lettuce chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts soaked in olive oil, chopped into thick pieces. ⓘ
- 1/3 cup mushrooms pickled ⓘ
- 1 tomato chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup green peas cooked
- 1/4 onion cut into thin slices, marinated in lemon juice for 30 minutes ⓘ
- 1/2 cup string cheese white ⓘ
- 100 grams pastrami ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon pesto ⓘ
Instructions
- Place the lettuce, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomato, peas, and onion in a salad bowl
- In another bowl, add pesto, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Pour the dressing onto the salad ingredients and mix well
- Finally, cover the salad with cheese and the strips of pastrami.
