“Caprichosa” Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts soaked in olive oil, chopped into thick pieces.
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms pickled
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas cooked
  • 1/4 onion cut into thin slices, marinated in lemon juice for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup string cheese white
  • 100 grams pastrami
  • 1 tablespoon pesto

Instructions

  1. Place the lettuce, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomato, peas, and onion in a salad bowl
  2. In another bowl, add pesto, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix well.
  3. Pour the dressing onto the salad ingredients and mix well
  4. Finally, cover the salad with cheese and the strips of pastrami.
