Ingredients

  • 3 oz. strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Pour the strawberry-flavored gelatin into an electric blender.
  2. Add boiling water and blend for 30 seconds at low speed.
  3. Scrape the sides with a rubber spatula, cover, and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
  4. Add the frozen strawberries and thawed whipped topping. Cover and blend for 40 to 50 seconds at medium speed until most strawberries are pureed.
  5. Pour the mixture immediately into a 4-cup mold or glass serving bowl.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours until set.
  7. Unmold onto a plate before serving or leave in the glass bowl.
