- In

- bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine, corn
- syrup,
- peppermint extract and salt until smooth. Add confectioners
- sugar
- all at once with wooden spoon, then with hands
- mix until
- smooth. Turn out onto board and knead until mixture
- is
- well
- blended and smooth.
- Tint with food color
- and form
- into desired shapes, such as rosebuds, calla lillies or daisies.
- Store in cool place.
- Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
