Ingredients

  • 1 c. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 8 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 c. ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice, milk, strawberries, pineapple, banana, and coconut extract in the container of an electric blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
