  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  3. Dip the iron into the batter, ensuring it’s coated, then immerse it in the hot oil.
  4. Hold the iron in the oil until the rosette is crisp and floats freely, indicating it’s cooked.
  5. Remove from oil, let cool, and sprinkle confectioner's sugar over the rosettes before serving.
