Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
  • 1 tablespoon jam
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 45 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 34 cup skim milk
  • 14 cup apple juice

Instructions

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs and add sugar.
  3. Then gradually whisk in mixture.
  4. Bake in a water bath at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min until puffed up.
  5. Serve with apples.
