Ingredients

  • 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
  • 2 large onions, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Layer cucumbers and onions.
  2. Sprinkle salt on each layer. Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Pour this liquid off.
