Fresh Fruit Cream Pie

- Prepare the pie crust and let it cool if baked from scratch, or use a pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Mix the thawed Cool Whip with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup sour cream gently until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared crust.
- Prepare the fresh fruit by washing and slicing if necessary.
- In a small pan, combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 package of gelatin. Add cornstarch gradually, stirring to remove lumps.
- Bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Allow to cool slightly.
- Add the cooled gelatin mixture to the prepared fruit and mix well.
- Pour the fruit mixture over the cream layer in the crust.
- Chill the pie for several hours until set before serving.
