Ingredients

  • Serrano chilies, chopped
  • yellow chilies, chopped
  • green peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • fresh or powdered garlic
  • tomatoes, iced
  • salt to taste
  • fresh cilantro or oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook chilies together until soft.
  2. Mix together onion, garlic and salt. Add cooked chilies and tomatoes. Blend well.
  3. If too thick or hot, add more water.
