Ingredients

  • 2 c. raspberries, mashed
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. raspberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place mashed raspberries in a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and water to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and thicken it with cornstarch.
  4. Remove from heat and blend in the unmashed raspberries.
  5. Pour the filling into a baked pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
