Ingredients

  • 1 prepared and baked pie crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • fresh strawberries
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  2. Add the warm water and cook until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry jello until well combined.
  4. Allow the glaze to cool.
  5. Slice fresh strawberries and arrange them in the baked pie crust.
  6. Pour the cooled glaze over the strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate the pie until chilled.
  8. Serve with whipped topping.
