Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage (cleaned and shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan and add butter, oil, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
  2. Place the shredded cabbage in and fry until desired tenderness.
