Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 can beer

Instructions

  1. Filet fish; remove skin and cut fish in small strips.
  2. Mix the batter of all ingredients and let fish marinate for better flavor. Cook fish in 1/2-inch of cooking oil at 350° until done.
