Instructions
- Boil
- cleaned breast in 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 3 inches
- of water

- pan.
- Boil small breast 10 minutes or large breast 15 minutes.
- Dry and cut into pieces and debone. Coat meat with egg and then in flour.
- Next, fry in butter and 1 tablespoon oil; fry until tender.
