Ingredients

  • 1 small green pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. meal (self-rising)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • grease

Instructions

  1. Cut and seed pumpkin.
  2. Cut into cubes.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Coat well with flour and meal mixture.
  5. Deep fry.
