Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) containers Frigo Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. Frigo grated Parma Zest
  • 1 lb. lasagna
  • 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 pepper
  • whatever kind of sauce you want, prepared with tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except Frigo Mozzarella cheese and Parma Zest and lasagna noodles, to a smooth consistency.
