Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. shrimp boil (Old Bay seasoning)
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 gal. water
  • 2 lb. kielbasa Polish sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 12 ears fresh or frozen corn (3 to 4-inch pieces)
  • 4 lb. shrimp in shell

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot, add the water, shrimp boil seasoning, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the kielbasa sausage and boil uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the corn pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Drain immediately once cooked.
  7. Serve with cocktail sauce, sweet and sour mustard, or hot mustard.
