- Remove the cauliflower from the water and drain it well.

- If it does not sit straight, cut the stem some to stabilize it.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a cup, and frost the cauliflower with this mixture.
- Remove the lid from the jar of Cheese Whiz and microwave until hot.
- Pour the hot Cheese Whiz over the cauliflower.
- Sprinkle the top with Creole seasoning, and serve while hot.
