Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 8 ounces Cheese Whiz

Instructions

  1. Boil the whole head of cauliflower for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Do not overcook.
  3. Remove the cauliflower from the water and drain it well.
  4. Handle the cauliflower with two forks for easier handling.
  5. Place the cauliflower on the center of the serving plate with the stem side down.
  6. If it does not sit straight, cut the stem some to stabilize it.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a cup, and frost the cauliflower with this mixture.
  8. Remove the lid from the jar of Cheese Whiz and microwave until hot.
  9. Pour the hot Cheese Whiz over the cauliflower.
  10. Sprinkle the top with Creole seasoning, and serve while hot.
