Frozen Corn - No Cooking

Ingredients

  • 5 c. cold water
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 c. canning salt
  • 15 c. corn, cut from cob

Instructions

  1. Mix cold water, sugar and canning salt.
  2. Add to corn.
  3. Bag or box and freeze!
  4. When you are ready to use, cook it like you would fresh.
