Tips & Substitutions

For best results, use ripe but firm peaches to avoid a mushy filling. If you don’t have Fruit-Fresh, lemon juice can help prevent browning. You can substitute sugar with a sugar alternative if desired. If you want a thicker filling, increase the tapioca slightly. Consider adding a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.

Serving Suggestions

These frozen peach pies are delightful on their own but can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added indulgence. They pair beautifully with a refreshing glass of Lemon Grape Punch. For a festive touch, consider serving them at your Christmas Feast alongside other desserts.

Storage & Reheating

Store the frozen peach pies in the freezer for up to 6 months. Ensure they are tightly covered to prevent freezer burn. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before slicing. This helps to soften the filling slightly for easier serving.
