A creamy, indulgent frozen treat combining vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate, and whipped topping, perfect for peanut butter lovers and a delightful dessert for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream, fat free, sugar free
  • 1 cup Lite Cool Whip
  • 3 Tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1 small box sugar free chocolate pudding, dry

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and place in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together: frozen vanilla yogurt, Lite Cool Whip, peanut butter, and dry sugar-free chocolate pudding.
  3. Pour the mixture into the dish, being careful not to disturb the graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Freeze until firm.
  5. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Cut into 8 equal portions.
