Microwave Toffee Squares
Delicious microwave toffee squares feature crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate chips, and nutty topping, creating a sweet, buttery treat perfect for sharing or indulgent snacking.

Instructions
- Microwave 1 tablespoon of oleo in an 8x8-inch dish on High until melted.
- Spread the melted oleo over the bottom and up the sides of the dish by about 1/4 inch.
- Line the bottom of the dish with graham cracker squares.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of oleo and brown sugar.
- Microwave on High for 1 minute.
- Beat until smooth and microwave for 2 more minutes on High.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the graham crackers and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Microwave at full power for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until the mixture boils for 1 minute, rotating 1/4 turn every 30 seconds.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- When the chocolate is soft, spread it to frost the bars.
- Allow the bars to cool completely.
- Cut into quarters.
- Remove each quarter and cut into small pieces.
- Store in the refrigerator for a crisp toffee.
