Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, pared and sectioned
  • 2 apples, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage, about 1/4 medium head
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except lettuce leaves, in a bowl and toss.
  2. Refrigerate until serving time.
  3. On individual salad plates, place a lettuce leaf and then fill with a portion of the salad; or serve in a large bowl with no lettuce leaves needed.
