Fruit and Nut Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 3 cups low-fat, low-salt microwave popcorn
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 dried apricots, chopped

Instructions

  1. MELT margarine in microwave.
  2. PREPARE popcorn per package directions.
  3. Place into a bowl and gently mix with melted margarine.
  4. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and toss to mix.
  5. Stir in dried fruits.
