Ingredients

  • cantaloupe wedges
  • green grapes
  • red grapes
  • low-fat mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove rind from cantaloupe and cut into wedges.
  2. Snip green and red grapes into small bunches.
  3. Cut low-fat mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Arrange cantaloupe wedges on a tray and tuck cheese cubes between the wedges.
  5. Ring the arrangement with grapes to complete the presentation.
