Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling white grape juice
  • 1 large pkg. or 2 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 3 c. club soda
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 c. green grapes
  • 1 c. red grapes
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Stir boiling grape juice into gelatin in medium bowl for 2 minutes, or until dissolved.
  2. Stir in club soda, lime juice and orange juice.
  3. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours, or until thickened.
  4. Stir in grapes and strawberries.
  5. Pour into a 6-cup mold.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Unmold; garnish with additional fruit.
  8. Makes 12 servings.
