Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the oleo in an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  2. Mix sugar, Bisquick, and milk until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan with melted oleo.
  4. Cut up the peaches and use all but 3 or 4 tablespoons of the juice.
  5. Pour the fruit and juice into the center of the batter in the pan.
  6. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
