Ingredients

  • 3 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 1/2 cups cold juice
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey or sugar

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold juice and let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Add hot juice and stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in honey or sugar.
  4. Pour mixture into an 8-inch pan.
  5. Chill until set.
