Fruit Cobbler Without Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in square baking dish.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together.
  3. Stir and mix well.
  4. Pour into melted margarine; do not stir.
  5. Pour 2 cups fruit juice of choice over mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
  7. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325° in oven.
