Fruit Cobbler Without Crust
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt margarine in square baking dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together.
- Stir and mix well.
- Pour into melted margarine; do not stir.
- Pour 2 cups fruit juice of choice over mixture.
- Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325° in oven.
