- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Set aside.
- Combine orange juice and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
- Add to Jell-O.
- Stir until melted.
- Add milk.
- Pour in dessert dishes.
- Chill.
- Soft set in 30 minutes.
