Fruit "Crush" Beverage

A refreshing frozen fruit beverage blending pineapple, grapefruit, and mandarin oranges with a sweet syrup, perfect for hot days or as a cool dessert treat.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 20 oz. can grapefruit sections
  • 8 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Empty the crushed pineapple, grapefruit sections (do not drain), and drained mandarin oranges into a blender.
  2. Blend the fruit mixture until smooth.
  3. Bring 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
  4. Pour the hot syrup into the fruit mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into a sprayed Pyrex dish.
  6. Cover with Saran Wrap and place in the freezer until frozen.
