Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped, toasted
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped, toasted
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup raisins, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Spoon chocolate mixture, about 1 inch apart, into mounds (around 1 tbsp each) on prepared tray. Chill for 1 hour, or until set.
