Ingredients

  • 2 c. fruit
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Grease the sides of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. Add the fruit to the pan.
  3. Pour in the water over the fruit.
  4. Mix the sugar and flour, then sprinkle evenly over the fruit.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the sugar and flour mixture.
  6. Place patties of margarine over the cake mix.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.
  8. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
