Ingredients

  • 2 c. frozen fruit
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Put frozen fruit in a blender.
  2. Add plain yogurt to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
