- Cover and microwave on High 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
- Add remaining ingredients: chopped apricots, chopped apple, raisins, orange juice, orange flavored liqueur, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir well to combine, then cover and microwave on High 3 minutes or until apple is tender-crisp.
