Fruity Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups macaroni ⓘ
- 2 stalks celery, diced ⓘ
- 1 green bell pepper, diced ⓘ
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 2 apples - peeled, cored and diced ⓘ
- 1 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size pieces ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; rinse with cold water.
- In large bowl combine pasta, celery, pepper, corn, apple, orange, chives, parsley, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Adjust seasonings. Serve
