Fudge Brownie Ring

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix
  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker coconut almond or coconut pecan frosting mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix well all ingredients.
  2. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 325° in a Bundt pan (greased and floured).
  3. Test with toothpick for doneness.
  4. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
  5. Turn out onto plate.
  6. Sift powdered sugar over top and serve.
