Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Quaker oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, brown sugar, margarine, wheat germ, and cinnamon in a skillet.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet to dry.
  4. Store in a covered container.
  5. Serve as a topping over fruit salad, rice dream, or pudding.
