Creamy chocolate peppermint fudge pops that are quick to make, refreshing, and perfect for a cool treat on warm days or whenever you crave a chocolatey snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring

Instructions

  1. Set up 8 Tupperware ice pop tubs.
  2. Empty 1 envelope of pudding mix into a bowl.
  3. Add 2 cups of skim milk.
  4. Blend with beater on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring and 1 package of Equal sweetener.
  6. Beat into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour the pudding mixture into the 8 Tupperware ice pop tubs.
  8. Put the tops on the tubs and place them in the freezer until frozen.
