Ingredients

  • 3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips, milk and salt. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in nuts, vanilla and marshmallows (if desired).
  3. Spread evenly into a wax-paper lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut.
