Funky Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 15 -20 small grape tomatoes
  • 6 -7 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • hot pasta (I like spaghetti)
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinaigrette
  • parmesan cheese
  • asiago cheese

Instructions

  1. boil water for the pasta.
  2. in a bowl squeeze the tomatoes and dump them in the bowl.
  3. add some salt.
  4. tear basil leaves and add to tomatoes.
  5. toss with hot pasta and add however much olive oil and balsamic vinigerette to your taste.
  6. sprinkle with the cheese.
