Garbage Breakfast Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
  • 1 c. chopped cooked ham or sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs and 1 cup cheese.
  2. In skillet, cook potatoes and ham in hot oil for 8 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add egg mixture.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally until eggs are cooked. Put on serving plate and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Serve!
  6. Serves 2 people.
