Ingredients

  • 2 cups soaked garbanzos
  • 1 cup bran water
  • 1 cup gluten flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup flake yeast
  • 2 teaspoons chicken-like seasoning

Instructions

  1. Blend soaked garbanzos in bran water until smooth.
  2. Combine gluten flour, wheat germ, flake yeast, and chicken-like seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the blended garbanzos mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Blend at low speed to develop gluten structure.
  5. Pour the mixture into a sprayed flat baking dish.
  6. Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
