Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 onion
  • Dijon mustard
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Put all in food processor and grind to a fine paste.
  2. Serve with crackers or Spoon-Size Shredded Wheat.
