Ingredients

  • 1 pt. dairy sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. dry dill
  • 1 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients well in food processor or blender.
  2. Pour into serving dish and chill overnight.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with Fritos or crackers.
  4. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
