Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Wesson oil
  • garlic
  • butter
  • bread loaf

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread loaf.
  2. Melt butter and add garlic to taste.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the bread slices.
  4. Mix finely chopped purple onions, finely chopped tomatoes, oregano, and Wesson oil.
  5. Spread the onion-tomato mixture on top of the garlic butter bread slices evenly.
  6. Broil until the bread is golden.
  7. Serve immediately.
