Garlic Lover'S Potatoes

Instructions
- Scrub potatoes well.
- If large, cut into thick slices.
- Steam for about 7 minutes or until they are firm but slightly tender. Pour oil into a casserole dish.
- Add the steamed potatoes, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper.
- Toss well to mix.
- Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Stir a couple of times while baking so potatoes cook evenly.
- If desired, garnish with freshly chopped rosemary or parsley.
