Garlic Orange Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 16 large shrimp
  • 2 large garlic cloves, Finely Chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper, Dried, Crushed
  • 6 tablespoons orange infused olive oil
  • 14 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in the other ingredients for one hour before cooking.
  2. Heat a frying on high, and once hot, add the shrimp and marinade mixture.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp become slightly browned and opaque.
