Gayle'S Garlic Bread

Instructions
- Heat butter, garlic and salt until melted and flavors well blended.
- Slice loaves in half, lengthwise, making top and bottom pieces.
- Then cut into 1-inch slices through both halves. Saturate bread completely with this mixture.
- Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, uncover and place in preheated 350° to 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Turn off heat and leave bread in oven until it is served (not too long).
- Bread must be hot and cooked this long to be good.
- Should be crusty.
