Genuine Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 block butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add oil, vanilla, sour cream and cake mix.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the coffee crystals.
  6. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
