Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add oil, vanilla, sour cream and cake mix.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the coffee crystals.
- Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
